My journey to you! 


Welcome! I am Kerstin Eden, a therapist, trainer, and guide, and my path to this point has been anything but straightforward.

From Stilettos to Hiking Boots

At 50 years old, I look back on a transformative journey: After my training as a hotel specialist, life took me from England to Mallorca, where I have been living since 2004. For eight years, I managed hotels as a human resources manager – but my soul called for something different.

What began as a private passion for Reiki, meditation, yoga, and hiking became my calling. Step by step, I exchanged meetings for meditations, the computer for healing hands, and conference rooms for ceremony spaces.

When Vision Becomes Mission

A life-changing vision showed me my true path: shamanic work and animal communication. What followed was an intensive training journey:

The red path 
– my spiritual foundation

What is particularly formative for me is theRed Path, the tradition of the Native Americans. In sacred ceremonies such as the Temazcal (sweat lodge), vision quests, sun dances, and the Kiva, I have experienced deep spiritual connection. This power flows into each of my treatments. My gratitude goes to the Raices de la Tierra family.

My philosophy: Holistic. Intuitive. Transformative.

What drives me? The fascination withlife energy in all its forms. Whether through breath work, energy activation, tantra massage, or shamanic healing rituals – I accompany people in releasing their blockages and rediscovering their own power.

The combination of tantra and shamanism, of ancient knowledge and modern energy work, makes my work unique. I love the intensity of group sessions just as much as the intimacy of individual treatments.
